Brian comes to CRC after working 3 years for a specialized wholesale brokerage facility, with an emphasis on hard-to-place Property & Casualty risks. He prides himself on earning the trust of both retail and carrier partners through his persistence, responsiveness, and dependability. Brian's objective is to provide a value-added approach at every turn of the E&S insurance process. He earned Summa Cum Laude graduation honors while attending the University of California - Irvine, as well as four year Scholar Athlete recognition as a member of the Division I Water Polo team.

Vince started with CRC in 2011 following several years with a local surplus lines brokerage firm. His role includes the marketing, identifying, and arranging of appropriate insurance coverages for a wide array of our clientèle. Vince's 20+ year insurance career has included working for agency, carrier, and wholesale channels including stints at Alexander and Alexander, Fireman’s Fund, Lloyd’s of London, and Brown & Riding. Having this experience, Vince provides unique perspective in our team’s efforts developing agency and carrier relationships. Vince is a graduate of Santa Clara University.

In the role of Account Executive, Jean's duties are all-encompassing, but her technical proficiency and penchant for detail make her a service specialist with experience in a broad array of surplus lines placements for both property and casualty. Jean started with CRC in 2010 after multiple years working for a regional surplus lines brokerage outfit as a team lead and supervisor. Alvajean is a graduate of Cal State University - Long Beach.
