CRC Internship Program:

We are currently accepting resumes for our Summer Internship program.  Opportunities are available in all of our offices across the United States. Our internship program provides college students the opportunity to learn more about the wholesale insurance industry and CRC. Interns have the chance to interact with experienced Brokers, Underwriters, Markets and Carriers. 

Eligible candidates for CRC internships are college juniors who have a serious interest in entering the wholesale industry.  For consideration for an internship, candidates should possess the following:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor
• Professionalism
• Self-motivated
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Excellent Computer Skills

Internships are available June through August 2012.

Associates Program:

CRC’s Associates Program is a fast track to becoming an insurance producer.  If you are a graduating senior and interested in pursuing a career in the wholesale insurance industry, CRC has a training program that will provide the knowledge and experience you need to be a successful producer.  Our program consists of four semesters of curriculum over a two year period combined with two to four years of extensive on the job training. 

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Undergraduate degree, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professionalism
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong computer skills
• Willing to travel
